1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TheStintLink, a cloud-based Software as a Service (“SaaS”) platform operated by Next Lap Ventures LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years of age, consistent with the minimum age requirements of the iRacing platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Description of the Service
TheStintLink provides planning, analytics, strategy, and coordination tools for virtual motorsport and sim racing. All recommendations and insights provided by the Service are advisory only.
The Company does not guarantee race outcomes, rankings, performance improvements, or competitive success.
4. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and subject to plan-specific usage limits.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of the subscription term.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds or prorated charges for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
Share accounts beyond plan limits
Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
Use the Service to violate third-party platform rules
Interfere with races, infrastructure, or other users
Use unauthorized automated tools
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, designs, interfaces, and documentation are the exclusive property of Next Lap Ventures LLC.
Users retain ownership of their own data. By using the Service, users grant the Company a limited license to process such data solely to operate and improve the Service. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytics and product development.
9. Motorsport Disclaimer
TheStintLink is intended exclusively for virtual motorsport use.
The Service provides strategy recommendations and analytics only. Outcomes depend on numerous external factors beyond the Company’s control. The Service must not be used for real-world racing or safety-critical decisions.
10. Service Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or competitive damages arising from use of the Service.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Lap Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and users waive the right to participate in class actions.
14. Modifications
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

By subscribing, you agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge that subscriptions are billed automatically and are strictly non-refundable.
